The Plant Lab is currently home to the production of both Sophie’s Raw Ice Cream and Nordisk Matutveckling who produce outstanding tempeh, sausages, charcuteries and more plant-based goodies for your enjoyment. While at the same time serving as the production unit for John & Co:s range of handmade artisan cheese, these delicacies cultivated to perfection can be found in various shapes and forms on the menus throughout Royal Park as well as ordered for pick up.
